WE DO NOT LIMIT THE FIELD OF GERIATRICS TO INTERNAL MEDICINE
OR FAMILY PRACTICE:OTHER FIELDS IN THE SPECTRUM OF MEDICAL PRACTICE WHEREIN
EMPHASIS IN PRACTICE INCLUDES THE GERIATRICS POPULATION ARE ALSO INCLUDED
WITHIN THE FIELD OF GERIATRICS MEDICAL PRACTICE.
WE PARTICULARLY EMPHASIZE PHYSICIANS OF ETHICAL, HUMANITARIAN, SPIRITUAL, RELIGIOUS, AND MORAL  EXCELLENCE, AND WE ENCOURAGE THE INCLUSION OF THOSE QUALITIES IN
